“A fresnel spot allows me to focus in the light!”

Photographer Mark Cleghorn used the latest light shaper from Elinchrom for an outdoor shooting.

In this behind the scene video, Mark Cleghorn shoots a fashion photography session in the middle of a field beneath a motorway underpass.

Doing an outdoor photoshooting with a fresnel spot can be quite unique. On top of that, if you add heavy wind and rain, the end-result can be full of contrast, original texture and give a certain “je sais quoi” to the photograph. The gear used for this session was the ELB 400 with the Skyport HS and the FS30 fresnel spot, which turned out to be the perfect combo!
